To train the leaders of tomorrow we need the best leaders of today.  All Scoutmasters are encouraged to nominate their best and brightest to serve on the Green Blaze/NYLT staff. Requirements for staff are for scouts to be at least 15 years of age and a Star Scout. If no past Green Blaze experience an interview and review of scouting experience will be made.

These exceptional young men will learn one on one from Green Blaze Adult staff the newest in leadership to the classic scouting principle of the patrol method.
